My thoughts on your own bad habits — how everyone can stop theirs.

Your bad habits are your own self telling you to do something — you are doing something wrong if you, yourself are not telling your own body to do something you don't want to do, that is a problem if it is not your choice in the matter.

Control your bad habits, quite frankly it is pretty easy, you are just lazy and yes you are. If you don’t want to do that one thing, it’s your problem if you don’t want to do it. If it has to get done, here are some ways to stop your bad habits from taking over. Instead of doing ex. dishes or doing laundry what you will do is text your friends on your cell phone because you are either not trying to put in effort for your own benefit or you are lazy, so which one is it?

If you are having trouble finding how to do these things set a reward or something that will motivate you, for example, if you have to type an essay, set a reasonable time to work on it and make sure not to overwork yourself this is not how you want to go about it. If you work on it for half an hour you might want to have a break of 10 minutes or more depending on how much time you want to spend on that thing, or if want to go to the gym for 7 days a week set a little reward every two weeks or for 1 month.

Stop, just stop these habits, they can make you stressed if you don’t have things done and are underprepared for the other things to come. You will feel overwhelmed, and it will take a big mental toll on you if you don’t stop these things. You will and I can promise you it will feel really good if you just finish that one thing or start on it, and at least put some effort in your life because the criteria I’ve just provided the reader is all you need to get your bad habits and your life on track!
